Refund Policy

policies services are website hosting and website design. Hence, those services are non-tangible irrevocable goods, and we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the products is sent. Please, as an esteemed customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item or subscribing to any services at our site.

However, we have created the following exceptions to accommodate some circumstances that can take place with regard to the character of our products and services.

Therefore,we do honour requests for the refund on the following reasons:
  1. non-delivery of sms: due to some network issues of the service provider of the destination country, your recipients might not receive the intended text message. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 7 days from the order due date. Otherwise the service will be considered completed and delivered.
  2. late delivery of notification: your clients might not receive notification within the time frame specified by the service you have subscribed. Such issues must be submitted to our support department after the scheduled time for delivery. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 3 working days. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 3 working days from the date of initial complaint, letter or any other notification provided bt the customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensation or reimbursement. This refund applies only to Events Management Premium Services.
  3. no hosting creation: your requested domain name, hosting, or both were not created. You are advised to submit your claims for no creation to our support department after thes scheduled date for completion as provided by the subscribed service. If after 7 working days from the date of initial complaint provided by the customer, no substantial process to procure the domain or hosting has been initiated, the client will be contacted to consider an extension of completion period, or a full refund in terms of reimbursement. This refund applies only to Domain and Hosting Premium Services.
  4. delivered products not as subscribed: notifications with incomplete or altered content, and registered domain names and hosting not as described, should be reported to our support department within 7 days after the scheduled period of service. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honoured.
  5. no download or defective product: downloadable products for sale on this site are ordered at the sole responsiblity of the customer. It is year duty to verify the claims to such product before placing an order.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund request based on incorrect supplied information by the customer, or the variations in the mobile network of the destination location. We do not guarantee you will get the exact domain name relative to availability.
